Today new TSMDBGrid released where I fixed the issue with checkboxes in terminal session for Windows Server 2008.
For all other versions of Windows the checkboxes drawn correctly but for Windows Server 2008 R2 (service pack 1) the checkboxes were not drawn (with any VCL styles or Windows themes).
So now this bug fixed:
