Chinese reseller

Today I sent a message to viewslip.com – want to sale in China via their service.
Got the reply during one hour – they ask what discount I’ll give.

Don’t know what to answer because haven’t any idea baout size of Chinese market (VCL components). Maybe send the standard proposition (20%) but with possibility to increase if we’ll make some good money in future together…

    Just interested – why Chinese citizens have a problem with international payments?
    As I understand, they have the Visa/Mastercard anyway but don’t want to pay outside China. Or this is prohibited by Chinese laws?

    Sent the answer to them yesterday and no any answer still now.

    If they will not answer until Monday, will try to contact to another reseller in China…
