SMComponents 3.98

Today uploaded the new version of freeware SMComponents library:
http://www.scalabium.com/smdbgrid.htm
Now you all components are availabe in designer (Delphi and C++Builder) for active compiler 64bit.
Also changed the functionality to display the graphic BLOB fields in TSMDBGrid
