Avangate antifraud system

A few days ago they approved the order from Chinese user with email address of owner for crack site (crackzq.com).

I submitted the request to refund this order but still now the request is not processed. On refund page they wrote that they need approx. 2 hours to process.

Something strange is there in last months. They are not my primary registrar (they are third after ShareIt and PayPro) but anyway I’m waiting the better antifraud system and better response for customer requests.

    Do not understand how they works. Still no changes for this order.

    A few days ago I sent them the mail with description of problem and no any response either my mail or refund request…

    Only today they refunded this fraudulent order but didn’t return the own processing fee (commission):-)

    Today they approved the order with dummy user name+address and email on free email server. The same “user” tried to order from PayPro but they declined. Unfortunately seems like the antifraud system in Avangate is not exists at all.
